Role: Team Leader/ Admin

The role is a hands-on position, where you will be responsible for managing the team while also actively supporting the warehouse operations.

Location: Magna Park

Hours: 08:30 16:30, Monday to Friday (Magna Park) Need to Drive DUE TO LOCATION.

Pay: £28,000- £30,000 per Year

FULL TIME ONLY! Own car is a MUST!

The Role of a Team Leader/Admin:

• Assist with preparation & submission of applications for multiple HMRC authorisations

• actively supporting the warehouse operation

• Prepare documentation for Import entries
• Accurately record and input data using internal computer systems
• Liaise with FF team and issue clearance instructions for CFSP imports
• Maintain accurate audit trails & records for bonded warehouse entries, removals, exports & destroyed stock
• Monitor suspended Duty & VAT limits to ensure they are not exceeded
• Basic understanding of JLR processes preferred

• Administration experience ESSENTIAL
• Strong IT understanding able to use computers and software for testing and data entry
• Excellent communication skills
• Someone with an eye for detail
• Keen to learn and work within a team
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work under pressure while remaining calm
