Location: Brackmills, Northampton

Hours: 06:00-13:30, 14:00-21:30, 22:00-05:30, rotational

Pay: £33,418 P/A

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a MHE Trainer to join our longstanding client based in Brackmills, Northampton. MHE Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training to warehouse operatives on the safe and effective operation of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE). RTITB training is desirable.

MHE Trainer Duties:

• Provide comprehensive training to warehouse operatives on the safe use of MHE, including Counterbalance and Reach trucks, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Assessment & Certification Conduct practical and theoretical assessments to certify operators, maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Performance Monitoring Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance tracking, implementing improvements where necessary
• Equipment Safety & Compliance Audits Conduct regular checks to ensure MHE is operated correctly,
• Site Support & Travel Provide training support across multiple sites as required, ensuring consistent MHE training standards are maintained
