Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Merstham

Hours: Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)

Week 1: 05:00 to 12:30. Week 2: 12:30 to 20:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour + Overtime paid at Time and a Half (£19.07) and Double Time on Sundays (£25.42)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join one of our longstanding and highly respected manufacturing clients based in the Redhill area.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a clean, organised environment where precision and quality are key. You’ll be handling premium consumer products, carrying out tasks that require excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. If you take pride in producing quality work and enjoy a hands-on role, we’d love to hear from you.

This role could potentially become permanent after 12 weeks for suitable candidates. Flexibility is essential, and candidates must be willing to work additional hours, including weekends when required. Due to the site’s location and early start times, applicants must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own transport.

Warehouse Operative Duties:

• Packing and preparing premium consumer products for dispatch
• Carrying out detailed quality checks to ensure products meet high standards
• Working with precision and care when handling packaging and finished goods
• Supporting production and warehouse operations

Warehouse Operative Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to own transport due to the site’s location and shift start times
