Role: HGV Class 1 Driver- Shunter Nights

Location: Coventry CV3

Hours: 18:00- 06:00

12hr shifts, 4 ON 4 OFF

Pay: £18.56 p/h

Extrastaff Coventry are looking for a number of HGV Class 1 Driver- Shunter Nights, to join one of our long-standing clients in Coventry CV3 area on 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Duties of an HGV Class 1 Driver- Shunter Nights:

• Temperature checks on vehicles
• Inspecting vehicles and trailers
• Responsible for the safe movement of vehicles in a yard using a trailer unit
• Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines

To be successful for the HGV Class 1 Driver- Shunter Nights role:

• You must hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driver licence.
• You must hold a DQC (Driver Qualification Card), DTC (digital tachograph card) and CPC accreditation.
• Have no more than 6 points (No DD’s, DR’s, TT’s or IN’s).
• Must have min of 2 years experience in a similar role
