Role: LGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Peterborough

Hours: AM start between 04:00-08:00

Pay: £17.50 – £23.00 per hour

• Monday – Friday Days £17.50 | Nights £18.50
• Saturday Days £18.50 | Nights £19.50
• Sunday Days £19.50 | Nights £20.50
• Bank Holiday Days £22.00 | Nights £23.00

Are you looking for a new role as a new pass or experienced LGV Class 1 Driver? Extrastaff have multiple opportunities with immediate starts for driver of all experiences. This particular role is collecting farm products and then bringing them back to factories for processing. With minimal manual work, its mainly trunking work across the UK doing 1 or 2 collections.

Duties of a LGV Class 1 Driver

• Report to transport to get your route and keys
• Complete and log vehicle and trailer checks
• Drive safely on public roads
• Arrive at collection location and ensure safe loading
• Trunk back to delivery location and drop and swap trailers
