Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Merstham

Hours: Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday) Week 1: 05:00 to 12:30, Week 2: 12:30 to 20:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour + Overtime paid at Time and a Half ( £19.07 ) and Double time Sunday! ( £25.42 )

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join one of our longstanding and highly respected manufacturing clients based in the Redhill area.

This role could potentially go permanent after 12 weeks for suitable candidates. Flexibility is essential, and candidates must be willing to work additional hours, including weekends when required. Due to the site’s location and early start times, candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own transport.

Warehouse Operative Duties:

• Working within a busy warehouse/manufacturing environment operating machinery
• Assisting on production lines including cutting and gluing processes
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets

Warehouse Operative Requirements:

• Have a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must drive due to site location and start time
