Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Redhill

Hours: Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday). Week 1: 05:00 12:30, Week 2: 12:30 20:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour + Overtime paid at Time and a Half

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join one of our longstanding and highly respected manufacturing clients based in the Redhill area.

This role could potentially go permanent after 12 weeks for suitable candidates. Flexibility is essential, and candidates must be willing to work additional hours, including weekends when required.

Warehouse Operative Duties:

• Working within a busy warehouse/manufacturing environment operating machinery
• Assisting on production lines including cutting and gluing processes
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets

Warehouse Operative Requirements:

• Have a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must drive, or live in Merstham area due to early start times.
