HGV Class 2 Driver – £17.04 p/h – £25.56 p/h – Immediate Start – Regular Work – Day Shifts

Role: HGV Class 2 Driver

Location: Wellingborough – NN8

Hours: Choose your days and start window (04:00 earliest, 14:00 latest)

Pay for day shifts: £17.04 p/h, Saturday & Sunday – £18.96 p/h, Overtime – £25.56 p/h.

Extrastaff Corby are currently looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers for our well-established client based in Wellingborough. With an ever-increasing workload, we have assessments available every week. Induction is a full day and is paid.

HGV Class 2 Driver Duties:

• Safe transportation of caged goods (ambient, chill and frozen)
• Excellent communication skills
• Daily vehicle checks
• Following routes and adherence to timing/delivery schedules
• Knowledge of UK road networks
• Complete double runs
• Deal with temperature controlled trailers
• Handball cages using a tail lift
