As a high-volume warehouse operation, managing sudden shifts in supply chain demands is a constant challenge. Ian Colyer at Extrastaff is my go-to for temporary staffing solutions. Ian regularly supplies reliable, fully vetted warehouse operatives and forklift drivers, even on incredibly short notice.
What sets Ian and his team apart is their exceptional communication. He is incredibly proactive, always keeping us updated, and is available around the clock to handle our last-minute shift changes. Whether we need five extra people for an afternoon shift or more for seasonal peak, he delivers every time with a transparent, honest approach. His candidates arrive on site fully briefed, properly equipped, and ready to hit the ground running. Ian is a genuinely dependable partner who keeps our fulfilment lines moving without a hitch.
