Our aim has been to create a national high quality, high street brand in blue collar recruitment. At conception there was no recognisable high-street blue-collar brand. There were many nationals dealing with a mix of industrial and secretarial work but predominantly, the logistics and industrial specialists – pure specialists – were only local agencies.
We now work from over 40 locations (both High Street branches and on clients’ own premises), have won many awards, and have one of the lowest internal staff turnover figures in the industry. Our sales in 2020 topped £60m dealing exclusively with the logistics and industrial sectors.
