Q: When did you start working for Extrastaff?
A: I have been with Extrastaff for over a month now
Q: What is your job title?
A: My job title is Head of Talent Development - the job I love the most!
Q: What is your favourite part about working for Extrastaff?
A: I get a sense of self-worth from what I deliver. I love those light bulb moments when things click into place helping to achieve goals and overcome challenges
Q: What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about a career at Extrastaff?
A: Without doubt make the switch. I believe everyone should have fulfilling work and find something that makes them feel valued and respected and I do believe that we can offer all of that!
Q: Why did you want to work for Extrastaff?
A: From the day I stepped into the Head Office I had a very positive feeling. During the interview process I knew that I wanted to be a part of the team as they had a real appetite to move things forward with their Talent Development
Q: What is a typical week like for you at Extrastaff?
A: We are in the planning stages and about to launch our development programme…my week will then be a mixture of delivery of materials, working directly with the team and supporting development plans. Learning and development is a continual cycle and as the business grow ,my job is to ensure that we are always on top of that.

Dean Jeffery promoted to Ops Director
We are delighted to announce that Dean Jeffery has been appointed as Operations Director at Extrastaff.
Dean has been with the company for over 14 years; starting with us as a Consultant in our Dunstable branch before taking on the role as Branch Manager, and for past few years as an Area Manager.
Everyday Dean fully embraces our ethos and culture, and his career path is a testament to his commitment to his teams and the business.
Dean predicts the best is yet to come for the company and comments ‘In 2021 Extrastaff has grown but retains that unique culture; you can feel the energy and it’s really exciting…it’s the place to be!’
