Pay rates: £17.04 – £28.12 per hour

Hours: Flexible to suit your availability

At Extrastaff Corby, were recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to support our busy and expanding client delivering ambient, chilled, and frozen goods across the region.

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday: £17.04 per hour
• Saturday & Sunday: £18.96 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours: £25.56 per hour
• Additional premium of £2.56 p/h for all hours worked between 18:00-06:00

HGV Class 2 Driver Duties:

• Delivering ambient, chilled, and frozen products
• Completing vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness
• Following planned routes and delivery schedules
• Handling cages safely using tail lifts
• Completing double runs where required
• Maintaining excellent communication with transport teams and customers

What Were Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Minimum 6 months of HGV Class 2 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
