- We have been using Extra Staff Employment Agency since approximately March 2007. During this time they have been accommodating, enthusiastic and helpful in our search to improve the quality of staff we have in our Despatch Warehouse team.
Our demands regarding the quality of candidates against the fee acceptability could sometimes be seen as stretching, however Extra Staff have always accommodated us, and happily administered preselection tests for the candidates they were intending to supply. Following these selection tests they have only had 1 failure to place out of 5 selected for us, therefore we have no hesitation in continuing to use, and recommending Extra Staff, to any other blue chip company looking for high quality candidates for any Warehouse Roles they may have.
